DOOBIES
One of the best shows of the many I've seen of the Linea Personal was many years ago at Ruth Eckert Hall in Clearwater, Michael sang, voice as sweet as honey. Let me say I love the band, the music takes me to a special time in my life. Michael McDonald sounded bad, it was like he was rearranging the songs to catch his breath. We had 4th row center seats, little close with the high stage, but the real problem was the unbearable heat. I paid almost a grand for our two tickets. The band was tight and I was there on the front row. The night was unenjoyable, it was miserable. We're all getting older, and so are they. I must say, though, probably my last Doobies show, will always love the Doobie Brothers. At the end when they bowed to the crowd, I felt so one with the band I turned to the crowd and bowed and waved like I was a band member. It was one of if not the greatest shows of my life.
